Clayworks Chris' Light Speckle
This is an interesting light coloured speckled bodied clay, it is a light gray colour with distinct dark speckles. It has excellent glaze fit, and creates interesting affects when paired with fluid glazes. Mesh 30 clay that throws beautifully, but also has enough stability for other building techniques.
It is fully vitrified at Orton cone 6, and makes interestingly elegant tableware with its its stone like finish.
